Nasty F2 crash at Monaco for Jake Hughes...

I should be in chat for qualifying, maybe a few minutes late as I have to drop my wife off somewhere first.

Raining before start. Wonder who will brave slicks?

What a shit show that was. At time of writing Ferrari are appealing a Verstappen penalty which should be a slam dunk one he clearly crossed the pit exit lane. Why was this not investigated during the race. It was not even "noted" by the Stewards. All this does is lend credibility to the thought there is a totally different rule book for Red Bull and especially Max Verstappen.
Ferrari you really screwed that up so bad its unbelievable. Forza will be furious and so he should be.

The stewarding and general running of that "race" was a farce. The FIA should hang their heads in shame. I've seen them race in far worse rain than we saw today, the FIA looked like idiots delaying the start for an hour.
Botox lips definitely crossed the pit lane exit line, but it didn't even pop up as being investigated. Felt really sorry for Charles, he deserved the win today.

Not furious, more disappointed we got out smarted by a fecking drinks company! Not the worst Monaco "race" (if you can call Monaco a race) we have ever seen though. It certainly looked like the RBR crossed the pit exit line but I will reserve judgement until I see a better view of the incident.
Jeez after that Im glad I have proper racing in motogp still to watch!

Why has Ocon got issues with the penalty he got for colliding with Hamilton? It was a slam dunk and the stewards ruling is completely clear.
Ferraris protests both dismissed (surprise). Result stands.
You can read the decisions here https://www.fia.com/documents/championsh...and%20Prix
Apparently its ok to have a tyre on or even to the left of the pit lane exit line provided it isn't a full wheel.
