I would think you could bring in anyone now but will they make a difference!  I think we are already too far down the road with this years cars to do anything but tweak what you already have.

Having read what I have with various sources my understanding is Ferrari have made some bad moves in the design and I do not think you can "redesign" at this stage of the season but Jody would be far more qualified to comment on that aspect.

Funny... but honestly can we say he was wrong when he said there needed to be a mindset change at Ferrari, and that those who couldn't and wouldn't change needed to be gone? He was right to say Ferrari had a losing mentality. I know that pissed a lot of people at Maranello off, but truthfully without him banging heads together Ferrari do look like a bunch of losers. He was right to bring quality managers in and scrutinize everything the team did. This happy clappy let's have a hug Ferrari are shit.

Not talking about their road cars, I'm talking about their shambles of an F1 team. There were rumours they were looking at WEC when the rule changes come in. Sounds horridly familiar to McLaren and Indy, it sounds like a team that doesn't think they can win in F1 anymore.
