You guys talking about Red Bull and how they treated Gasly badly?
I am not sure. Gasly clearly was not performing well when he was with Red Bull. They put him back with the argument that he was not ready, but were convinced that he could mature further at Torro Rosso.
Well, this all seems very well the case. Gasly matured great and got his confident back. Now is the moment for Red Bull to show what they are about. Switch again now Gasly is ready but Albon is not.

Fair comment.

I personally believe Max would be better with a more experienced driver next to him to learn some of things he is missing in his toolbox. But I am in agreement RBR would get better team results if they swapped Gasly and Albon around. I would not be surprised if it happens.

Yeah, a more experienced driver would be the best for Verstappen, although he himself is becoming very experienced even though he is very young.
I said it many times; Ricciardo and Verstappen was a dream team.  Great match in many ways.

Hmmm don’t go Pierre just don’t! but, I totally get why he would and RBR do need someone to help Max, whether he could do that remains unclear??
