Valtteri Bottas avoided a penalty for a suspected jump start in the Hungarian Grand Prix because it didn't trigger the detection system, according to FIA's Formula 1 race director Michael Masi.
I mean, really? So even if everybody see's you cheating, it only counts when the systems registrar it. So how about making two movements while defending, isn't that also judged by camera views?

It's complete and utter bollocks as well Anti. However, wasn't Seb let off last year in Japan because they said video footage wasn't admissable? Even though it was clear to see he'd made a jumpstart even though it didn't trigger the sensor. Looking back though, this is a Masi thing, Charlie came down on jumpstart pretty hard normally. I think Masi is making a rod for his own back here.
