Well that's a bit dumb. The FIA made it clear prior to the 2017 season, in response to "technical questions" from the big 3 that having "pre-set" break bias button options on a steering wheel would be a breach of the rules. Clearly the big boys considered it, sought clarification, and got it. How the hell Renault with former FIA rules enforcers got it wrong is beyond me.
