I think Jody had the best answer of it, haha - but I did fall asleep in a tent at Silverstone, with a torch underneath me, and the back pain the next day was not fun at all

What made it worse Fog was that I had to sit down for the rest of the race with a painful as, no amount of weight shifting to the other ass cheek helped, then for days afterwards the act of initial sitting down hurt. I like sitting down, it’s much better than not sitting down.
