Hoping for a better year but in truth I do not have any great hopes. Russell to Mercedes for 2022 please.

Williams to become Alpine’s junior team – report
Williams are reportedly set to become a customer and junior team of Alpine from the start of the 2022 season.
Alpine the team formerly known as Renault, head into the 2021 campaign with no partnerships with other teams on the grid following McLaren’s decision to use Mercedes engines.
This means that, unlike Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari, they don’t have a team that they can put their academy drivers – Oscar Piastri, Guanyu Zhou and Christian Lundgaard – with to get them into Formula 1.
Academy director Mia Sharizman has previously stated that they were looking into doing so, but didn’t believe they necessarily had to supply a team with an engine in order to.
“It is something that we have identified, ways and means to ultimately get the drivers to our seat,” Sharizman is quoted by Autosport.

Haven't Aston Martin started using more Mercedes bits? not sure they are the Junior team though, I'm sure someone will be along that knows for sure.

Williams have announced the departure of its Formula 1 team principal Simon Roberts after 12 months in the role.
Roberts joined Williams last June as its managing director of F1 operations before taking over as interim team principal in September following the departure of the Williams family.
Roberts was appointed in the role on a permanent basis in December after the arrival of former Volkswagen motorsport chief Jost Capito as CEO.
But as part of the ongoing restructuring of the management team at Williams since its acquisition by Dorilton Capital last summer, the team has now announced that Roberts will leave his position.

Should've given Albon Tsunoda's seat at AT. De Vries a change to prove at Williams.
But then again, they should give Gasly Perez's seat at RB.
Got to have a 27B-6.
